Direct billing to your insurance company can be arranged. If interested, please inquire at the time of booking your initial appointment.
Gift Certificates make excellent gifts & can be purchased any time of year. You have the option to pick up in person or have them emailed to you or the recipient.
Extended Health Benefits Plans & Massage Therapy Coverage
Many extended health benefit plans provide full or partial coverage for services provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Your insurance provider may require submission of a doctors note recommending that you receive massage therapy. If you’re not sure whether your benefit package includes massage therapy or to what amount or percentage, please reference your benefits information package originally supplied by your employer or simply call your insurance provider and they will provide this information to you.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice to cancel any appointment is required. If less than 24 hrs notice is given you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. If there is no notice of cancellation, the full amount of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.
